Immerse yourself into the culture and friendly people of South Africa! Karus Lodge will make it happen for you. We are located in the heart of true Southern Africa living. Once you leave the airport, you will know that you have now arrived to the real deal of Joburg when you enter our doors at Karus. After we pick you up from the airport with our shuttle midi-bus, if you arrive hungry, we will welcome you by quickly"breaking you in" by introducing you to an exciting authentic Southern African meal of (pap and chicken or beef stew, appetized by samusas, sausages, and meatpies). Our friendly staff will be available to ensure your comfort through out your stay. We have two midi-buses available any time for tours to Cape Town, Swaziland, Lesotho, Mozambique and Malawi (minimum 15 people). If you simply want to "stay home" locally to do Joburg tours, eg. Apartherd Museum, Soweto, Mandela Center or have fun at the Gold Reef, our drivers will be waiting outside when you get out of bed and are ready for another day of adventure... you are family at Karus in South Africa! | |

Get off the OLIFANTSFONTEIN Station.
